Chain's of Distribution

Producer

Picture
This is the group or person who grow/mine/catch the materials needed to produce a product which is in demand by the public. Examples include farming, coal mining, fishing, etc.

Manufacturer

The manufacturer buy's the material's from the producer which are needed to produce the products they make.

Wholesaler

Picture
Buy's large amounts of products from producer's and sell the products on in smaller quantities.

Retailer

Picture
Buys the good's from the wholesaler and sells them on to customer's.

Comsumer

Picture
The consumer is the person who buy's the good's from the retailer. There is more on the consumer in previous chapters.
